1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Trading Strategy Vault ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this site or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Trading Strategy Vault, operated as an independent digital product business.
2. Products & Digital Downloads
Trading Strategy Vault sells digital educational products ("Playbooks") delivered as downloadable PDF files. Each product contains trading strategy information for educational purposes.
What you receive
- Immediate access to a download link upon confirmed payment
- A PDF file containing trading strategy rules, examples, and guidance
- A personal, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own trading education
Delivery
Download links are delivered via email immediately after payment is confirmed through our payment processor (Gumroad). If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, contact us at support@tradingstrategyv.com.
Note: All products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. You are purchasing access to educational content, not a financial product or investment service.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. We do not offer refunds after a product has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions we will honour
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate billing)
- Your download link was never delivered and cannot be resent after reasonable troubleshooting
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after re-download
How to request a refund (eligible cases only)
Email support@tradingstrategyv.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Not eligible for refund: "I didn't find it useful," "I changed my mind," or "I already know this strategy." Please read all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
4. Financial Disclaimer
Important — please read carefully. Trading financial instruments including stocks, forex, futures, options, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
All content provided by Trading Strategy Vault is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any of our products constitutes:
- Financial advice or investment advice
- A recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument
- A guarantee of trading results or profits

- Print a copy for personal reference
- Share brief quotes (with attribution) for non-commercial purposes
What you may not do
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content in any form
- Share download links or files with others
- Upload content to any website, course platform, or social media
- Use content to create competing products or services
- Remove any copyright or attribution notices
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of your licence to use our products.
6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
